The customer operations team is dedicated to making sure our customers are satisfied. The team is responsible for direct customer communication, onboarding, project development, and implementation of use cases.
Data Science
The data science team operates and improves groundbreaking predictive modeling tools that deliver real value to our customers. We regularly advise our customers on all data science issues but are also involved in the further development of our state-of-the-art technologies and algorithms.
Engineering
In engineering, we continuously work on driving, testing, and implementing new developments. We also ensure that our platforms and services run around the clock and that the huge amounts of data we work with every day arrive at the right places smoothly and in real time.
Marketing
Thanks to our marketing team, CrossEngage has become a well-known brand in the marketing technology environment. The team is working to build on this position thanks to excellent content, impactful visuals, and smart promotion.
