Measuring Success in Subscription Models

On November 25, 2021 the d3con took place in Hamburg. Our CEO Dr. Björn Goerke took the opportunity to talk to Outfittery founder Julia Bösch and Digital Forward CEO Erik Siekmann in a live podcast. They talked about Outfittery’s fascinating success story and the role of CLV-based CRM.

In particular, they clarified these questions:

  • What is Outfittery’s business model?
  • Why is CLV consideration still underrepresented in many companies today?
  • How is CLV incorporated throughout the lead funnel?
  • What are the opportunities to influence CLV?
  • What skills and teams do companies need to enable CLV consideration?
